CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

ALL pre paid treatments will have a 12 month expiry.
All product and/or treatment purchases are final and refunds will not be issued for change of mind or once the product has left the clinic location.

Gifts vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are to be used on services only.
